Project Manager

Requirements: 
  • A Degree in any field (PMP/ PRINCE2 certification is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, or performance appraisal implementation and 5 years experiences in handling human resource process flow, Knowledge in Employee Relation, Recruitment Process, Employee Engagement is an advantage.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time- management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/ or Microsoft Planner.
  • Able to provide consultation to improve client current operation process.
  • Able to conduct system presentation to client.
